Development Strategies Incorporation and Launch We help in the process of incorporation and launch of new non-profit organizations by providing assistance in the preparation and submittal of required application documents to successfully obtain state nonprofit incorporation status and applicable IRS nonprofit rulings such as the IRS Section 501(c ) (3) determination. Organizational Development We work with both new and existing philanthropic and nonprofit organizations within the context of their respective communities and cultures to develop business plans that include recommendations for organizational structure, governance, staffing and implementations for optimal operations. Strategic Program Assessment and Development In order to develop operational methodologies, we conduct primary and secondary research, and facilitate strategic planning sessions to review and/or develop new value propositions, goals and objectives, which result in consensus-driven directions for philanthropic and nonprofit organizations. Client-Based Fundraising, Development and Grant Writing We work with clients to develop an effective sustainability plan by designing and implementing creative and targeted fundraising strategies for client-related special projects and programs, as well as for endowment development purposes through our extensive research and grant-writing methods.
